How can i tell difference between skin cancer and scabies?

For about a month i have had a lesion type thing on my right bum cheek, it has grown slightly to the size of around a 5 pence piece…it is red around the edge, then a bit scaby, then yellow in centre. I was concerned it was skin cancer until last night my partner said it might be scabies…I have done research on both and cant tell the difference! One thing that makes me think its scabbies is for around two and a half months my hands have been very sore and dry, especially when wet, at first i did think this was dermitius..due to haveing a baby and constantly washing bottles ect…Im so confused!!! In between my fingers dont look like scabies just dry and sore from time to time. And a rash comes up all over my hand when stressed!?!?! Can anyone help? this probebly sounds naive and insensiteve but im more scared of scabies as i dont want my six month old to get it! Help anyone please?? xx
I have a doctors appointment xbriana……….. i dont feel there was anyneed to be so blunt and insensitive about the matter… i am very worried and my doctors appointment isnt untill tuesday…NHS!! So iam looking for advice on here, as im worried about infecting my son!

Is it possible that I have lung cancer?

I recently stopped smoking, but before this change, I smoked for about 7 months. I am 17 years old and am just wondering what the likelihood is of me having lung cancer. Back in December, I had a bunch of tests done including a chest x-ray and blood work. Everything came out fine and my anxiety was relieved. A few days ago, I got very sick and my symptoms included a fever, a cough, wheezing (Note: I have mild asthma), runny nose, and aches in my muscles and whatnot. I’ve almost recovered, but the wheezing and coughing is the last go. Could it be possible that the cancer has grown very quickly? Or, is this something that cannot happen within a span of four months? Thank you very much for taking the time to look at this.
