I was wondering if there are any links found that antipsychotics may cause cancer or increase risk for getting cancer.
And if so, what type of cancer(s) and how big is the risk?

My four blood Grandparents had/have it, one of my parents had it.
Does that mean there's a significant risk?

I'm working on a biology project for school and can't find any information on costs of surgery or any therapeutical treatment for cancer…I was wondering if anyone, from experience simply from knowledge could tell me the typical cost of each and where it is that the procedure takes place at this cost like if it's in Canada, America India etc.
Thanks.

I recently had an ultrasound for an enlarged thyroid. My ENT then sent me to an endocrinologist who wouldn't talk about the results until she got more blood work done. My TSH was 5.69, my TPO was 734 and my thyroglobulin was 1,752. I have an appointment tomorrow and want to know what questions I should ask the doctor. They sent me for more blood work last week, the original labs were done 3 wks ago. Thanks!

7 months ago, I had a perfectIy normal, clear pap. I had an abnormal pap three weeks ago. I was told that I have "A-typical Squamous cells of the HSIL variety (High Grade Squamous Intraepethelial Lesions). I have a Colposcopy scheduled for Monday. I know that when they take a biopsy of the cervix and get it analyzed, they can confirm or rule out if the cells are cancerous. Does anyone know if the Colposcopy alone can tell if the cells are cancerous - or just where they are abnormal. Of course I will ask my OBGYN, but I wondered if anyone had feedback on the procedure. Thanks.
