Could I have breast cancer…? Question about lumps?

My breasts are quite soft so it's easy to detect pretty much anything if I have a problem. I've found that when I'm feeling my breasts, further back towards my chest it's quite lumpy, but I know that there's supposed to be something there anyway (I think milk glands or something or other) and I hope it's that and not cancerous lumps. Can anyone tell me if I'm overreacting, because I'm quite nervous.

my close relative had to be operated on the brain in an emergency as he had full body seizures and scan showed huge tumor tissue growth in the brain. Now after the surgery was performed and slides were sent to 2 difference pathologists, the results were stunning. one pathologist says it looks like GBM Grade 4 tumor. The other one says , it is Grade 2 Astrocytome with added infections as there are sheets of neutrophils . He suggests it could be Tuberculome of the brain as Fungal infection was ruled out. The pathologists who says it is grade 2 astrocytome with added infection has 30+ years of experience and is very proficient. I dont know whom to believe and what to do. Pls advise

What are my chances of having ovarian cancer?

I am 23 yrs. old and had a baby oct. 2008. During the pregnancy, a large cyst 13cm was found on my right ovary by ultrasound. It is still there and will have to have surgery. I was given a blood test and my hormone levels were high. I was told there was a POSSIBILITY of cancer. What other reasons would there be for the results of the blood test levels coming back high? I did have progesterone(hormone) shots during my pregnancy. And I now get the depo birth control shot. Do you usually have cancer by the blood tests results. I know the only way to tell is with surgery. But what is the usual outcome? I sometimes have pain during sex. I would like some opinions on this issue. Thank you for your help.
