stage 4 stomach cancer?

she is 67 or so years old and about 4'9'' and about 105 pounds
they were going to remove her stomach, but they decided that her chance of living would be better if they left it in.
they scrapped as much cancer as they could out b4 they sewed her back up
now she is going to start chemotherapy.
i was wondering what the average time span for someone who has stage 4 stomach cancer normally is.
and how will her body react to the chemotherapy.
Does anyone have any positive outcome stories of a winning the battle against Stomach Cancer??

Posted on Jul 07, 2008 under Stomach cancer | 4 Commentsim 14 years old and ive been getting sick on and off for a couple of months. at first it was just really small headaches, and stomach aches. but now its been getting stronger, and then today, out of nowhere, i got the biggest stomach ache and i threw up 3 times, and i have a huge headache. my mom and i know there is something wrong, but we dont know what, and the doctors are no help at all. we were thinking stomach cancer? or maybe i just have a weak immune system. whatever it is, i need to get rid of it A.S.A.P., so help, please?
