Is it possible to tan by leaving my laptop on my stomach for too long, is it therefore cancer causing?

i constantly use my laptop at night in bed, researching and watching videos whatnot. I noticed that my skin is red where i have the computer resting, i was wondering if the heat could cause me a very uneven tan, or if there is any suggestions to prevent this or maybe prevent skin damage caused from this

A few days ago I started vomiting blood but not alot and had very bad chest pains so I went to the ER and they did an upper GI Endoscopy on me. To make this short, I was told that I have to go see a Gastro specialist because they think I could have either an ulcer or stomach cancer due to Gastritis which I also just found out that I had. They made me a appointment right away with the specialist and I am very nervous about going. I am 26 years old and the thought of having cancer when I have 2 very young kids too raise is tearing me apart. I would just like to know if anyone knows what the specialist is going to be doing to me to find out if its an ulcer, cancer or something else. Will they be running more test or is there other ways they can find out whats wrong and if it is cancer then can they just cut it out or will I have to go through chemo? Also if it is an ulcer then what will they have to do for that? The hospital really hasnt told me much, just that I needed to see a specialist right away for those reasons after my endoscopy. Also i guess before doing an Endoscopy they say to know eat anything for up to 6 hours. I had ate very little within that time but sense I was vomiting they went ahead and did the test thinking it wouldint be a problem sense it was about 4 hours after I ate and I vomited 2 times but when the results came in the hospital said they didnt come in to clear so I dont know if that could be an issue as well. I just want to know what I need to expect and what to prepare for. Im really scared and havent been able to get much sleep cause of all this. I hope someone can answer this for me.Thanks

Stomach Cancer and diabetes?

2 months ago, my dad was diagnosed with a stomach cancer. So he went through a surgery and got 80% of his stomach removed. And during his recovery, the doctors found out that he also had a diabetes (the blood sugar level being high). And it’s been really tough for our family for the past several weeks, because his inner scars are not healing as fast as it should and theres a chance that the cancer might grow again. We are praying very hard but I just want to know what his survival chances are.

And please pray for my dad and our family, as we are going through a very tough time.
