Worry sick about stomach/esophagus cancer?

I’ve started to notice that I had stomach acid reflux or GERD late last year with mild symptoms such as bitter taste when I forgot to raise my head, little bit discomfort in the stomach when it was empty but some water and a cracker usually took care of the problem. I’ve been taking Prilosec since late last year and for a short time it was like I never had stomach acid problem. But lately, I notice that I seems to get indigestion & constipation more often and after eating I feel pressure in my upper back and it make me burp more often and usually a wet burp would relieve the pressure instantly. I am going to have an endoscopy done this Wednesday but I’ve been worried sick if I had cancer. Does anyone experience the same problem but it turned out just acid reflux please share with me. Thank you very much

Is this stomach cancer?

Hey all.. Well long story short I USE to eat really, really bad! For example, everyday I would just eat a box of shapes (biscuits) and a JAR of Nutella a day! That is A LOT of sodium and fat content! Well, my stomach started to hurt, and I got really freaked out that I could be developing some gastronomical disease so I stopped doing that! The doctor said I was ‘fine’, but for some reason I think I’ve got some gastronomical disease, I’m only nineteen!

The reason why I’m asking if this is stomach cancer because I’ve noticed since I changed my eating habits I’m having A LOT of flatulence! I will wake up and fart, then I will fart throughout the day!! I eat a lot of bread, yogurt and other fiber products.. Can bread/fiber cause you to have flatulence or is this some gastronomical disease? Also sometimes I’ll feel a "burning" feeling there.. Is that just reflux or something? I’m not joking about the farting comment by the way, I never use to fart this much.

my uncle has stomach cancer and i would like to know how many years he has to live..
