I had ovarian cancer i just finished my treatments 2 weeks ago. She is probably going to need surgery to remove an ovary or both. Also they treat this with chemotherapy. She will probably stop going to school. The chemotherapy can be very long or not as long, depending on what stage she is. Chemotherapy has a lot of side effects the worst ones are you lose your hair and you are really tired and nauseous. She is really going to need as much as support as she can get especially since she is so young. Also, don’t think that she is going to die, if she gets the treatments and was diagnosed early she will be fine. I really think you should talk to her and let her know you want to help but i understand if she doesn’t want to talk about it it can be awkward and hard to let your friends know. If you have ANY questions feel free to email me. jluna2010@live.com

Easy to find this information with a simple search.

If there has not been a biopsy, she does not know this for certain.
Since you do not have the details, I would have some doubts about the veracity of this story - or the diagnosis.
Ovarian carcinoma occurs in older people - extraordinarily rare in 14 year olds.
Denisedds would have the data.
Wonder how old "tink" may be.
Why do people not put their personal information on this site?
We rarely know how old people are.
