breast cancer signs ?
Posted on Feb 26, 2010 under breast cancer |a pop up has just come on my computer, about breast cancer, and i was reading it, and it said to look for some things for signs of breast cancer, and nipple discharge was one? i was just wondering if this is just a sign of cancer or it can just be a normal thing? i have found some sort of discharge there before so i just wondered do you think it should be something i should be concerned about? im 14, thanks.

I wouldn’t worry about it at 14.
You can’t feel for lumps (Common sign) because at that age you’re still developing.
Don’t worry about it.
When you’re older, and you’re still worried get checked out. (:

It could be a sign, but I know my moms mom had breast cancer, and one of the signs that developed around30-40 were a mole on 1 of her breasts. I really dont think you have to worry about it at age 14.

I was worried at 13 when i thought i had it, turned out bumps in my breasts were just breast buds and are nothing to worry about! Im not sure about the white discharge, if i was you i would do some research on google or something just to be sure, its probably just had a minor infection which would be nothing to worry about, but if your still unsure contact your gp. Hope i helped

No…at 14, it is very unlikely that you would have anything of that sort.
There are other signs too, such as looking for lumps and stuff like that.
The discharge from your breasts are most likely caused by hormonal changes and imbalances due to puberty.
