It’s unlikely that someone at 13 has breast cancer, but this is NOT something to fool around with. See your doctor ASAP.

Highly unlikely, besides breast cancer is a lump felt in the breast…what you most likely found is a pimple or something similar.

Very unlikely. Seek medical attention. Cancer in young people is not without precedent:

It’s not very likely - it may just be a cyst, but if you have never noticed it before, you should definitely get it looked at soon. It’s better to find out it’s nothing than find out later when it’s too late to do anything about it.
Does breast cancer run in your family - yes? Then get it looked at immediately.

If a 13 year old had breast cancer, it would make headline news and be written up in medical journals the world over. The chances of it happening are as close to zero as makes no difference.
Breast cancer is almost unheard of in under 25s, let alone young teens. Fewer than 0.1% of all those diagnosed with it are under 30, only 5% are under 40 and most (80%) are over 50.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was classed as a ‘younger woman’; I was 50.
Breast cancer lumps are within the breast tissue and not on the surface of the breast. And even when breast lumps are within the breast, 80% of them are not cancer, even in women over 50.
Talk to your mother about this; if you don’t feel comfortable doing that, talk to your school nurse - she will be used to girls having worries like this and will be able to reassure you that you don’t have breast cancer.
Breast cancer that ‘runs in the family’ is rare, and even where it is hereditary within a family, the chances of a 13 year old developing it would be just about zero.
