brain cancer awarness tattoo?
Posted on Jan 01, 2010 under cancer news and reports |my mother has had glioblastoma for about a year now and i just recieved a good chunk of christmas money, ive decided to get a tattoo of my parents wedding portrait with the cancer awarness ribbon draped over the top, i think it would make her happy, i was wondering if brain cancer has a special color for the ribbon or if it has its own insignia or if it is pink for every type of cancer

Yes gray, but I should also let you know that the symbol for the American Cancer Society also makes a cool tattoo, a stylized version of which I have myself. It is an upturned sword with two serpents wrapped around the handle like a Caduceus. Maybe on the other arm. Good luck to you and to your mother.
