One of my closest friends has been with his girlfriend for quite a while. They have twin boys together, who are 6 months old. His girlfriend has a lot of health problems, but recently found out cancer is one of them. She has a 50/50 chance of making it. While she is currently recovering from an unrelated surgery before chemo can begin, she is healing well from her most recent infection. The whole process for her to get well will be a very long one.
But here’s the problem. He has been very unhappy with her for quite some time. She has been extremely rude and mean to him, they don’t have sex or enjoy each others company. He has wanted to leave for a while because he is so miserable. However, he feels horrible about leaving her, jobless and fighting cancer. It would put her out on the streets. He wants to leave because he wants to live his own life, pursue his happiness. But the guilt of throwing her out now would make him as miserable as keeping her around.
My friend always asks me for advice, but what do you say to this? I have no clue how to help him. Are there any organizations or outlets that deal with situations like these? How can I help my friend?
He lives with the children and girlfriend and never for a moment considered walking away from the twins. He always has had their interests at heart. So putting the boys on the street isn’t even a consideration. He just wants her gone. And most of their problems developed during her pregnancy.

Question about Testicular cancer?

My grandpa who is 73 has it. He is in his 4th stage of cancer. He can only eat very small amount of soup, and usually throws up whatever he eats. He is in Armenia. How long do you think he has to live? because my sweet 16 in in 30 days and if he dies i am going to have to cancel it. I dont know if I should just stop ordering things or not. Do you think hell make it another 30 days? Or shud i cancel it already and not send the invites? =[

im 14 and im really worried that I might have breast cancer, i recently found a lump in my breast, well both of them, in one breast the lumps are alot bigger than in the other, im really worried i dont have any of the other symptoms but im really scared, please help? the lumps are sore if you touch them, on both breasts.

I’ve gone to a cancer doctor who declared my left breast cancer free and about 20 minutes ago I spilled something on my shirt so I changed it and noticed something red in the right side of the bra and checked that out and right under my right nipple seems to have been bleeding (not sure how long, but it had to start in the past couple of hours)…

I’m waiting for my grandma to come home so I can see what she says since she’s had breast cancer but I have no clue how long that’ll be..

How does skin cancer spread? And should I be worried?

Ok im 16 and about a year ago i got a really bad sunburn on my chest like deep red almost a purple. I now have this small red patch on my leg its been getting bigger over the past few weeks but right now its only at the size of a pencil earaser. Its not all the same color just a pinkish patch. It is flat but slightly raised. Should I worry about it being skin cancer and if it spreads can it spread by randomly choosing somwhere else or spread in that spot. I haven’t told my mom knowing she’ll be skeptical or just try to solve it herself because I don’t have health isurance nor can we afford much. My mom can’t get a job and agreed that my dad only has 2 pay $100 monthly for child support because he can’t get a job either. Could it be something other than skin cancer? And how long can it go unchecked because I don’t want to be a problem for my family.
