A sign of breast cancer? Or something minor?

Pain in my left breast?
I have had this occasionally before but it just started to hurt so I thought I’d post a question. I doubt it’s anything serious because I’m only 15 and don’t have any serious health issues (neither does my family with the exception of asthma and thyroid disorders)

I feel this sharp pain in my breast even without touching it… but if I do touch it in a certain way it will hurt. It’s not a serious pain and goes away almost immediatly. Is it worth going to the doctor?

I thought it might be one boob growing faster than the other or something like that but my cup sizes are even and never had these pains when my boobs were growing. LOL sorry I am trying to give as much info as possible. Anyways any ideas?

A while back my grandpa was diagnosed with leukemia so I happen to know quite a lot about the condition. Last night I found about 5 random bruises on my arms and legs. They were dark and purplish in color and I felt no pain when I pressed on them. Also, tiny pin-sized red dots (some don’t have that color) are appearing on my legs it is not acne. I have also been having muscle soreness and fatigue. Is there a possibility that I have leukemia? I am a 13 year old girl by the way.
