July 16th, 2010 at 1:46 amCervical issues and cervical cancer are two completely different things. It is impossible to prevent any kind of cancer and cervical cancer is not very common to begin with. The best way we have to stop the progression to cancer is annual pap smears. The HPV vaccine may decrease your risk provided you have not already been exposed to one or more of the strains in the vaccine.

July 16th, 2010 at 1:46 amCervical issues do not equal cervical cancer. Talk to your doctor about the family history and ask about the HPV vaccine while you are there. And do not have unprotected sex. ALWAYS use a condom.

July 16th, 2010 at 1:46 amPractice safe sex to prevent yourself from the HPV virus, take the HPV vaccine, and start annual pap smears at the first year of sexual activity. If you have an abnormal pap smear result, follow the doctors instructions, and keep up with the follow up.
There are very rarely symptoms that reveal Cervical Cancer, which is the reason it goes undiagnosed in women who don’t have annual checkups.
Also, Cervical "issues" do not necessarily mean Cervical Cancer. The Cervix is susceptible to other problems and diseases, and you should confirm what those Cervical issues are. Also, Cervical Cancer is not hereditary, as over 95% of it is Squamous Cell Carcinoma, caused by the HPV virus.

July 16th, 2010 at 1:46 amHi
Will my information help? Maybe/maybe not but it’s very useful.
I’m all for trying to find natural cures/help to medical conditions as drug intervention sometimes makes matters worse, which has been widely reported.
If I was diagnosed with Cancer I would definitely try the pepper rout first. It’s natural, it costs a few £/$ and it has very few side effects. Quite the opposite of current cancer treatments. Why is it not widely promoted: it doesn’t make the drug companies any money. If you can suffer eating the pepper themselves raw try the very hot CHILLI pepper sauce you can buy in a bottle. Check the label for the right kind of peppers and make sure the peppers in in the first 3 things on the ingredients list. Add this to everything you can eat daily. In CULTURES WHERE HOT PEPPERS ARE EATEN WITH EVERYTHING THE OCCURRENCE OF CANCERS IS MUCH LOWER. CAN THIS REALLY JUST BE A COINCIDENCE?
Here are a few LINK so YOU can RESEARCH it for your self.
I hope it helps.

July 16th, 2010 at 1:46 amThis will get everyone cranky. Keep your virginity for one thing, and when you are deciding on a life soul mate, and are looking for Mr Right, no doubt you will have a mental check list of likes and dislikes, so for your own sexual health, make sure he is circumcised.

This would be a different breast cancer - not a return of the one 25 years ago. Breast cancers can come back 25 years later in a metastatic location, but a new primary in the opposite breast is more likely here.
From http://www.imaginis.com/breasthealth/staging.asp
Stage IIB: T2, N1, M0 / T3, N0, M0: The tumor is larger than 2 cm in diameter and less than 5 cm and has spread to 1 to 3 underarm lymph nodes or found by sentinel node biopsy as microscopic disease in internal mammary nodes or the tumor is larger than 5 cm and does not grow into the chest wall and has not spread to lymph nodes. The cancer has not spread to distant sites.
Common treatment for Stage II breast cancer is usually the same as Stage I treatment (lumpectomy and axillary node dissection or modified radical mastectomy), though radiation therapy is often necessary if the tumor is large or has already spread to the lymph nodes.
Breast Cancer Stage - - - 5 year Relative Survival Rate
0 100%
I 100%
IIA 92%
IIB 81%
IIIA 67%
IIIB 54%
IV 20%
Good chances with state of the art treatment.
Our treatments are better than they were 25 years ago.
What stage was that first breast cancer in 1984?

Prayer can be helpful. Know that God can help you live a better life if you want Him to help you. You can have a personal relationship with God by saying the prayer below. God is our Creator, all-knowing, all-powerful, eternal, holy, love. God loves us and sent us His Son, Jesus Christ, so we can go to heaven if we know and follow Him. Forever means without end — time on and on without death. Forever is what happens after we die. Either we go to heaven and be with God forever, or we go to hell which is very bad and painful forever. The good people who are saved believers in Jesus Christ go to heaven. The bad people go to hell. We need to know and follow God in this world to get to heaven in the next world. We follow God by loving and obeying Him and loving others for Him. Jesus Christ, God’s Son, is our bridge to God. Jesus died on the cross to cancel our sins. We need to accept Jesus into our life as our Lord and Savior forever to receive God’s blessing and forgiveness plus go to heaven to be with God forever after we die. This is about being a born-again Christian. Faith in God is a gift from God. You can pray for faith in God. Just speak out and ask God for the faith to believe in Him and to follow Him. Some people find faith in God when they realize the beauty in the world is made by God. Evolution can’t explain the world’s natural beauty, for example, the parks in the world, animals, flowers, peacocks, sunsets, butterflies, rainbows, etc. After you have your faith on, you can pray a sinner’s prayer to be a born-again Christian. This prayer is very important and should be said with a sincere heart and faith in God. This is the prayer: "Dear God, I know that I am a sinner and that Jesus Christ is the sacrifice for our sins. I have done the following sins (state these out) and I pray to discontinue these sins. I pray to receive Jesus Christ into my life as my Lord and Savior forever. In Jesus’ name, amen." I’m Lutheran and I like the Baptist churches too. You could check out a Christian church and also their weekly Bible study group as a way to learn about God’s will for your life. You can pray to God about your daily life and have a Christian church pray for you

Your new incidence of breast cancer is unrelated to your experience 25 years ago. It is not metastasis, as I’m sure your doctor told you, so that is good news.
The 5 year survival rates for 2B are very good at around 85% - 90%. Prompt and thorough treatment are key to your outcome. Surgery, chemo, and radiation are usually in order for this stage. If you are hormone receptor positive, then you will be put on Tamoxifen for 5 years after treatment concludes. If you are HER2 positive, then you will have 4 to 16 rounds of Herceptin (depending upon which country you are in).
Best wishes for a very good outcome. Attached is a link to the Merck Manaul chapter on breast cancer. It discusses treatment and prognosis.
