Possibility of a brain tumor.?
Posted on Nov 02, 2009 under Brain Tumors |Is it possible that I have a brain tumor? I am 18 years of age. So it started when I got my first job at a car wash working with my sisters husband. He does auto detail. So i think it was the first or 2nd day on the job and when I got off work I went home as usual, but I had an incredible pain in my neck, it wasn’t muscle pain, i thought i might of had chemical intoxication. Anyways, I thought I was about to die but I lived through it. Then several days later I started to have a pain in my head. At first I didn’t bother cuz I thought it was nothing to worry about. The next day I still have the same pain. The pain is in the same spot, the spot where I feel it is the most intense. So after a week with the pain constantly being there I get worried that I might have a brain tumor, I tell my mom but she says we don’t got any money to go to the doctor. It goes on for say.. like 1 1/2 month or so and it just stops all of a sudden. Now again, like a month later, I’m getting aches in my head. They started around last wednesday or so and it’s pretty much the same as before except not as intense.
I’m pretty sure I have a tumor or something. My mom told me to go to Mexico cuz it’s a lot cheaper.. but honestly I’m not too confident going to the doctor there.
Also, does anyone know around how much would it be to get my brain checked for a tumor and how much would it be to get it removed?
