Cancer age 25? Stomach, Colon, Breast Abdominal?

Posted on Oct 29, 2009 under Stomach cancer | 3 Comments

I am only 25 female, but with family history of stomach cancer, diabetes, heart failure, high blood pressure, I have been having bloody stool, loss appetite, and short pain sensation, but nothing painful really, but I feel something is going on there, ocassional feet edema, and is extreme often times. And in hospital they asked me for a follow up with specialist in gastronomy and colon, I searched on internet and he has article on colon cancer. My blood test with fine in terms of protein, and today, the specialist doctor told me that he would would gastroscopy.

I have been away from my family for on a trip for 3 years now, and I don’t even know how to tell mom of this if it really happens. she will certainly suffer a lot. Do you think it is possible to get cancer at this age?
Well, for Peptic Ulcer, they said I would be having sever pain, but I obviously don’t, that is why I am assuming cancer, and since my blood color is dark.

I hope not. Here`s what happend:I have alot of hair on my hands and because my skin is so light,it looks awful. So mom told me that H2O2 makes your hair blond so I tried it.Nothing happend.I tried it again the next day.Maybe just a few hairs were blond but thats all.And today i tried it again, and I noticed(not just today but yesterday too) that my skin had some big brownish spots and sometimes it itched.I wash my hands with normal water and the itching is gone but the spots aren`t.Do you think I have cancer?

Ive been diagnosed and currently under treatment for non-hodgkins lymphoma. Ive been going through R chop and radiotherapy for a few weeks now. my hearing is becoming faint in my left ear and I am completely blind in my left eye as well. Has anyone else had this happen? I asked my doctor and he said that I may or may not recover.Any advice is welcomed!

Why is the story about cell phone usage being linked to brain tumors being syndicated?

Posted on Oct 29, 2009 under Brain Tumors | 2 Comments

The Daily Express in the UK broke a story linking Cell Phone Usage to brain tumors, and it has been syndicated by Drudge Report.

Why have no other news networks sounded the alarm on this study? I have a hard time understanding how this story can be ignored. Everyone in America uses cell phones, and this is extremely important to know

My father has a terminal glioma (brain tumor) of the corpus callosum. What can I expect during his last days?

Posted on Oct 29, 2009 under Brain Tumors | 1 Comment

It is very difficult, when you don’t know what to expect. New symptoms are showing up every day. It is always traumatic when they develop. If I knew what was coming, it wouldn’t be so difficult.

If you knew someone who went through this, and you can talk about it, your help would be greatly appreciated.
