I think i have skin cancer. How can i tell?

I was using a buzzbait, which the hook is made of lead. The hook went into my skin. After about few days - a week i got all these bubbles all over my leg, and arms. And i got this blackish scar growing. When i was drying myself after a shower and rubbing the towel to dry me it ripped off. And it grew again! I have all these bubbles everywhere and its wickied itchy. And when water hits my moles it hurts a bit irritating me. Does anyone know what this is leading too?
Oh, and i got a mole near my wrist where never been there before.
I live in New York.
Lead Sinkers are illegal up here.

Not cancer my friend.
But I wouldn’t suck on those sinkers.
Sore moles, get them checked out by a doctor.
