don’t know if i have skin cancer?
Posted on Jul 15, 2009 under skin cancer |ive had this mole on my neck for like 5 maybe 6 yrs now but now i just noticed these spots that are lighter then the rest of my skin on my arms do i have skin cancer or should i get a cat scan first please answer im worried

For melanoma there are 5 warning signs that a mole could be cancerous.
A-asymmetry: the mole isn’t symmetric
B-boarder: an irregular boarder, you can’t clearly tell where the mole begins and ends
C-color: the mole isn’t uniform in color
D-diameter: it’s bigger than a pencil eraser
E-evolving: the mole seems to be changing
If you’re concerned about your mole or your white spots talk to your regular doctor or a dermatologist. They’ll let you know if they need to look at anything future. I don’t think they’re going to order a CAT scan though, that seems a bit extreme.

if the mole was originally a different color and it changed, then i would see a dermatologist as that may be a possible sign

If you think you have melanoma and WON’T see a dermatologist for peace of mind, then get some Hot sauce and put on it daily or buy some of that Capsaicin creme that RA patients use to put on their knees……..This stuff really works according to the Researchers that come up with the drugs so the next Big cancer drug in 10 yrs will be based on the capsaicin molecule in my humble opinion.

In this study, we demonstrate that intratumoral administration of capsaicin into a preexisting tumor results in retarded progression of the injected tumor regardless of whether the tumor is at its early or late stage. Furthermore, it leads to significant inhibition of growth of other, uninjected tumors in the same animal. Capsaicin-elicited immunity is shown to be T cell-mediated and tumor-specific. These results reflect the immunological potency of a neurological ligand in modulating immune response against an established tumor.

I am not saying it is a cure but what I am sayinG is this:
Cancer is just UN-controlled growth of your own cells so to nearlly KILL it they have to nearlly KILL YOU. And after your chemo therapy session you get a few weeks to RECOVER and the CANCER RECOVERS WITH YOU so what is the Point of bringing you near death every few weeks and closer and closer to the grave WITHOUT GIVING YOU SOMETHING TO KILL THE CANCER BETWEEN THE CHEMO SESSIONS????? These people in medicine know of Capsaicin because I have used MD anderson,UCLA and many other cancer research centers and they ARE ALL DOING RESEARCH ON IT AND EXCITED ABOUT SEEING RESULTS!
