   Yes your right, but your never going to solve the problem of greed

   owners make software to make money - players convince themselves they can make money and beat these games - and countries on tiny islands give what are considered real licenses to operate because they make money

   so your right - but it doesnt change a whole lot - and there isnt anyone or anything thats gonna stop it anytime soon!!!!

   They do have a governing body, that just doesn't happen to be in the United States.

   I think the past ten years has shown us that online casinos are probably run as well, if not better, than brick and mortar casinos. while they aren't perfect, the public has found them to be friendlier and fairer than "real" casinos.

   if your argument is that there is no gaming commission to oversee them, consider how corrupted gaming commissions are.

   All reputable online corporations are regulated by different organizations sames as the games (casino,poker and such) are constantly tested to guarantee fairness.

   Some of those companies are:

   The Kahnawake Gaming Commission
   Interactive Gaming Council
   *Curacao Gaming Control Board

   Also online gambling corporations ALWAYS wanted USA to implement a way to regulate what is going on online however the goverment wont listen to them and rather try to make it illegal.
