Some surgical treatments for breast cancer involve removal of lymph nodes in the axillary region.
Why might this have a therapeutic effect in some cases?

Is it true that the smaller the lump when found in the breast the less dangerous it is?
I am 18 and I am just freaked about hearing the amount of women getting breast cancer and dying from it. I worry about it every single day to the point I am searching it up online, checking my breast everyday and every hour and thinking there is something wrong with me. The slightest pain I just freak out. Which I hope there isn't.

I recently heard about a woman who died of breast cancer at 35, leaving behind several kids, including a baby. What would cause this at such a young age?

Okay, they sound like a weird pair to match, but this year for my club's annual literary arts contest, we are assigned to incorporate breast cancer prevention/treatmentetc into our pieces. I really want to do a picture where it seems like something volleyball related, maybe two girls jousting or slapping hands, or hitting or something, but their arms or bodies create a ribbon, like the breast cancer ribbon. Thanks!

Maybe a day or two later we had the opportunity to renew insurance (which I do not have my husband has it, I only have life insurance through my job ). I asked my employer about getting short term disability she said because of my breast cancer diagnosis I could not get it. Is that legal? I have worked over two years for the company,.
I think my question was unclear. We had open enrollment (for all eimployees)for short term disability and she said I was ineligible for the coverage based on breast cancer diagnosis..
