I just found out that I am pregnant, and during my first OB visit, I had a pap smear done. The doctor told me that there were alot of abnormal cells and that I have high grade dysplacia. I am currently waiting for the results of a cervical biopsy that was done, but i am terrified at the thought that I might have cervical cancer. Could that be the case?

I am sooooooooo scared that i am going to relapse soon and loose my life from metastatic breast cancer. I had triple negative breast cancer so between now and sometimes next year i am at a very high rate for relapsing. My ocologist says that if the cancer does return again that i will die. i don't know what to do. How do i stay strong in this and not be afraid?

She is 48 yrs old and smokes a pack of cigarettes every two days. Last week she went for a mammogram and today she got a phone call saying they found multiple small masses on her right breast (the size of a grain of salt) and set up an appointment for her to have another mammogram tomorrow morning so that they can have a better look at it. What do you think it could be?

My MIL was just diagnosed with appendiceal cancer and another family member is insistent on having my MIL as well as her 2 sons tested for this. I always thought it was for breast and ovary only, but I don't want to argue with her if I'm wrong. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

My Dr. found a lump in my right breast (very close to my armpit).
It is very tender and sore.
They did a mammogram and ultrasound and said they are cysts.
I am worried because when doing both exams, the technician said, "It's hard for me to get a good picture of this because of the spot it's in."
Second, I have been feeling short of breath and very tired lately.
1) Could I have cancer and they don't know?
2) How well do mammograms and ultrasounds detect cancer?
3) Can cysts be cancerous?
Thank you,
Rae
