Cancer can start as a tiny lump you wont even know is there. It could also just be fibrocycstic (spelling?) breast tissue. I would get every lump checked tho, you never know.

i had a lump on the top of my breast and it was merely a cyst that I had to put cream on–but the doctor looked at it and sent me to a mammogram and had the x-ray tech make the call for the cyst or not and the tech then called the doctor and perscribed the cream
    try not to worry!!!

Your problem is probably from dermal origin, but I would have it checked out. Not all cancers are cancers of the breast.

First question is do you have a history of cancer in your family? If yes, I’d ask right away for a biopsy. It doesn not mean you have cancer but you have more chances of having one some day.
If there is no cancer in your family, you still must check why your breast has changed with a doctor.
