No, I always sleep in my bra. My GP says I should take it off to give my body a rest, but it doesn’t give you cancer.

it restricts the growth of your breasts when you are young, which can cause deformation in the cells, which in turn can cause cancer.

its unhealthy to sleep in a bra. it damages the soft tissue around your nipple and can give you wonky breasts.
