A cancer man not over the death of his mom. Help!?

My b/f is a cancer who when he was 8, his mother died of breast cancer. He is now, 27 and not over the fact that his mother left him. He sometimes gets into this vocal fits that “Whoa is me my mother passed away and my life was a bunch of crap after it”. I know for a cancer, mom is one of the most important things..but i don’t see how we can grow if he still cant get over it. I try to help him but he bluntly says to me i don’t understand. What should i do? By the way im an aries.
It would help if he actually believe that there was something else out there beyond our world and reality. But in truth he is an atheist and feels that his mother died in vain. He doesnt believe in fate, heaven or hell. So he is also quite bitter about it so for me it makes it even harder for me cause i do believe in something more.

Is it Skin Cancer on my face? ?

So I’ve had this mark on my face for a few years now. I’ve included the link below to see the spot plus example of basal cell carcinoma. I’m worried it might be cancerous or precancerous. it’s sorta rough in texture. it seems to have gotten larger but not sure. i’ve been using proactive and perhaps that has irritated it. i think it use to be more brown or tan in color. i’ve heard of this disease called Solar Keratosis which are precancerous spots do to sun exposure or perhaps basal cell carcinoma. Or could it be harmless like eczema or dry skin patch of some sort. it’s only one spot and it never seems to go away. I am making an appointment to see a regular dr next week.
