there is no how, or why with most cancers, that is why wew can not find a cure

It’s really not that simple. There are hundreds of different types of cancer and many many symptoms that may show up at different times. Cancer is a result of mutant cells that aren’t effective like the rest of the cells in your body. They will multiply and spread therefore making the body not work as it normally does. They will just cause problems. Basically when someone dies of cancer it has usually spread to other parts and they’re body will just eventually stop “working” properly.You can’t know for sure if someone has cancer unless they want to tell you.

I think their hair falls out and become bald later on.

Cancer can sometimes be hard to detect. It all depends on what type of cancer your talking about. Breast cancer could be a lump in the breast. Skin cancer can look like a deformed or weird looking mole. It’s all different. But you really can’t tell by looking at someone if they have it. You can tell after treatment.
