Hi, my father has been diagnosed stage 3A lung cancer, the cancer size is 5.8 x 4.2 x 3.8 cm.

My mom smoked the whole time she was pregnant with me (got severe asthma as a result), they smoked around me up close when I was a child, they smoked everytime they took me somewhere in the car with the windows rolled up.

I smoked myself from ages 14-20, but I’m 22 now and haven’t smoked for two years.

if i get headaches a lot does that mean i have a brain tumor?

i get headaches quite often. they dont hurt very badly, but theyre still headaches. and theyre not always in the same spot on my head. i have a history of migraines in my family and i do have allergy and sinus problems. my mom says its nothing but i keep disagreeing with her. i dont really have any other symptoms besides occasional dizzyness and i recently got glasses because i have trouble seeing far away. do you think this is nothing or should i convince my mom to take me to the doctor? i am only 15 years old, turning 16 soon. thanks:)

waiting on biopsy results.. leukemia.. now what??

the doctor suspects i may have leukemia. i have all the symtoms and a really high white blood cell count dating back for a while now. im just really scared and wondering what happens when they get my results back. if they say i have leukemia then what do they do next? more tests? what is the treatment? can i die from this? should i tell my job? so many questions… is there anyone out there who has this that can tell me there experience? how did u get diagnosed?

Dog Cancer?

What can vets do for dog cancer? I have 2 dogs and one of them has had cancer twice and the other just had a "suspicious" tumor removed.

Both times that my one dog had cancer they removed the tumor and that took care of it.

But im curious about what they do to fix the cancer if they cant remove it all by removing the tumor?

Well i have a lump on the back my neck that is four inches wide, a lump in my lower abdomen(in the bladder area) and a lump in my upper abdomen (in the liver area).
I have many swollen lymph nodes.

I have some general symptoms like fatigue and weakness

I also have brain tumor symptoms, and my doctor is concerned about that. (getting an MRI) I also had to get an xray to figure out why I have chest pain and discomfort (waiting for results)

What is the possibility of me having some sort of cancer?
I feel like crap and I need a straightforward answer.
If it is possible, what kind of cancer could it be? If not, what other disease could it be? I'm 13 by the way

If I had a complete body bone scan to look for cancer, would this also detect a brain tumour cancer?

I have melanoma, and they looked for it in my bones, but I am wondering if the bone scan is negative, does that mean there is no cancer in any tissue?
This was a cat scan of my body where they injected a dye into me and hours later did a scan.
A cat scan w/out mets was done last Fall.
I was diagnosed with Stage III Clark Level melanoma on my ear in June 06.
