I have got a rash around my breasts, and they are quite hard all behind my breast, its like a lump the size of my breast.

Ok, so today in my science class, my teacher was talking about breast cancer and stuff. she also was saying how we should check our selves for lumps n stuff… so i did… i think i have a lump. im not 100% sure if it is , or if its tissue or something.. do i have breast cancer? or am i just being paranoid? idk im soo stressed out. i don’t wanna have cancer. the way my teacher was talking about it, it sound scary and painful.. no one in my family has ever had cancer except for my dad which he got a year ago. other then that, no one in my family had cancer. my dad got cancer from smoking.
