does this sound like cervical cancer?

back in feb 2010 i had an abnormal pap smear which was common after just having a child.. i went and got it checked 6 months later and it was still abnormal so in october i got a biopsy/coposcopy done, they found out that the cells were not in one designated area of my cervix, but scattered around my WHOLE cervix. december 8th 2010 my IUD Mirena was placed. no problems with it just bled nonstop for about 1 and a half months.. but other than that my period never changed nor did my cramps or weight or anything.. about july of 2011, i got a call that my "pre-cancerous cells" turned into the "pre-tumorous cells.." which are still alll over my entire cervix. as of november i weighed about 130-134 which is good for me. im about 5ft 7in. now.. april 3rd.. i weigh 114… january 2012 i weighed about 127.. which was still good.. all of a sudden.. my period stopped.. and i lost all that weight.. im tired all the time. im not pregnant. my appatite is not the same.. im very worried about this.. and wondering if these are key signs of cervical cancer.

Is it true the shot for cervical cancer hurts more?

The last two months my periods were all out if wack I had really bad lower abdominal pains for two weeks and occasionally bad headaches. This past Thursday I just couldn’t take the pain anymore so I went to the emergency room I got tested for a uti and std’s which both came back negative then I had a pelvic exam and turns out my cervix is inflamed and infected they gave me four pills and a shot then I went home the doctor did tell me to follow up with my obgyn which I’m going to see her this thursday all the pain and pressure in my stomach went away Saturday night but early today my stomach pains came back my back hurts my neck hurt earlier and I have clear/white odor less discharge.
